Is Tupac the best rapper

Okay, let's start talking about Tupac. We all know that he is a real hip-hop legend, he left us great lyrical music. Today all we hear on our music are repetitive lyrics that really doesn't make sense and there is no story behind it. Tupac put his heart in his work and how he sang them, his life affected this too and thats why he is great. There are so many arguments about Tupac whether he is still alive or dead. In my opinion people believe that Tupac is still alive because they can't let go of how great of a music artist can just go like that because of gang related things. Especially the only thing I know is that his music lives on, it cannot die because most of his music are influential, thoughtful, and have good meanings behind them. I was actually shocked when I heard his music over the radio recently and I thought.. "Yeah, they should play music like Tupac's." But hey please don't hate I want opinions and all on the comment down there but please be careful at what you write down, I want a conversation that does not have hate.
